Due to the nature of our products they CANNOT be returned if the soaps outer packaging has been opened/damaged. If your product has been damaged in transit, we suggest taking pictures of it as soon as it arrives & sending the details to us. We will then take these to out local mailing office to resolve the issue.
If you have received the incorrect product please do get in touch and we will happily replace said item with the correct one, however please note - this will only happen when the first soap is returned unopened/undamaged.
Any issues with your received product must be reported within 7 days of it being delivered or you will no longer be eligible for refunds/returns/replacements.
